Terms of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on picokeebs.fr by a consumer (B2C) or professional (B2B) customer. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Products

PicoKeebs offers handcrafted USB MIDI controllers, including the PicoDeon, as well as other products listed in the site catalogue. The essential characteristics of each product are described on the corresponding product pages (dimensions, materials, features, compatibility).

Images and illustrations on the site are provided for information purposes and are not contractually binding. Products are offered subject to available stock.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€) and are final. Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation. PicoKeebs reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering

The order process is as follows:

1. Product selection and add to cart
2. Cart review and shipping information check
3. Shipping method selection
4. Confirmation and secure payment
5. Order confirmation by email

The customer must verify the accuracy of their order before confirming it. Any errors may be corrected before final validation. The order becomes final upon receipt of payment.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods: credit card via the secure Stripe platform.

Payment is collected in full at the time of order confirmation. Transactions are secured by the SSL protocol (Stripe). PicoKeebs does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

Delivery zones: worldwide.
Carrier: Delivengo / La Poste.
Timeframes: Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after payment validation. Unless stated otherwise at the time of order, delivery shall take place within a maximum of 30 days after order validation.
Tracking: A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch.

If delivery is not received within an unusually long period, the customer should contact PicoKeebs at hello@picokeebs.fr.

Customs duties: For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import duties may be payable. These charges are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and remain under the customer's sole responsibility.

7. Right of withdrawal

This right of withdrawal is exclusively reserved for customers who have the status of consumer and does not apply to professional customers (B2B).

In accordance with article L. 221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The customer notifies their decision to withdraw by email to hello@picokeebs.fr or using the standard withdrawal form. The product must be returned to the following address within 14 days of sending the notification:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. PicoKeebs will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification or the returned product, whichever occurs first.

8. Legal warranties

The legal conformity warranty is exclusively reserved for customers who have the status of consumer and does not apply to professional customers (B2B).

If there is a lack of conformity, the customer may obtain the repair or replacement of the goods within 2 years from delivery. The customer may also rely on the legal warranty against hidden defects under the French Civil Code.

9. Liability

PicoKeebs undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the availability and quality of its site and products. However, PicoKeebs cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use of the product contrary to the instructions provided, modification by the customer, or any force majeure event.

10. Intellectual property

The brands, logos, designs, and other distinctive elements associated with PicoKeebs products are the exclusive property of Antonin Chabaud-Pech. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Mediation and dispute resolution

DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION

In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, both parties shall endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Customer shall send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Service Department).

In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Customer, as a consumer within the meaning of Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code, may, free of charge, if a disagreement persists, refer the matter to the competent mediator listed on the register of mediators drawn up by the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code, namely:
