PicoKeebs may collect and process the following data:

• name and shipping address

• payment data processed through Stripe only

This data is used to manage orders, deliver products, answer support requests, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

The processing of this data is based on the performance of the sales contract (order management and delivery) and on compliance with legal obligations (retention of billing records).

3. Data recipients

Your data is processed by PicoKeebs and shared only with strictly necessary providers such as:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Delivengo / La Poste for shipping and delivery
• Contabo for hosting

PicoKeebs does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Certain data may be transferred to Stripe or to hosting providers operating outside the EEA. These transfers are carried out in compliance with the applicable safeguards under the GDPR.

6. Data retention

Billing data (orders, invoices) is retained for 10 years to comply with French legal and accounting obligations. Customer data is retained for 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship (last purchase or last contact).
